Refund policy
At Tiger Cliff Golf, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help within the conditions below.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. No explanation is required. However, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 14 days from the date you received the order.
- The items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, sleeves, labels, inserts, and accessories are included and intact.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, quality-control, and fair-use reasons, we may not accept returns for:
- Items that have been visibly used, damaged, altered, or excessively worn.
- Items returned with missing or severely damaged original packaging.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces (only orders from our official store are eligible).
- Promotional items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”, if clearly stated at checkout.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details.
- We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund.
- In these cases, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
5. How to Request a Return
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

- Items you wish to return
- Photos (if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect)
- Our customer service team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back using a trackable shipping method. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund if approved.
6. Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:
- Request a return and refund for the original item following the instructions above.
- Place a new order for the replacement item you prefer.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after we confirm it has been processed, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns made under our 14-day no-reason policy, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Tiger Cliff Golf may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, after review and approval.
10. Policy Scope
This Refund & Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly from the official Tiger Cliff Golf online store. For purchases made through authorized dealers or third-party platforms, please refer to their respective return and refund policies.
